The Empress Incense
Smells like driving through your hometown block with the windows down in the middle of spring; like bunches of lilacs that you mom picked from the garden, with notes of cucumber and green tea. Made with the same fragrance as its candle counterpart, however due to the nature of incense, the scent will throw differently and have a more smoky note to it.
- Our charcoal incense is hand-dipped in grey highlands, ontario
- each package contains fifteen sticks of incense which last for approximately 45 - 65 minutes each.
Refund Policy
Hey folks -the bottom line-once we have your cash we keep it:) We do offer credit notes or exchange on all regular priced goods . Credit notes never expire.
Returns must be made within 12 days of purchase,unworn ,tags on . No returns Dec26 & 27th.
Items not eligible for return:
Sale items,vintage,cosmetics,pierced earrings,seasonal goods(ornaments ,holiday cards)
Web Orders-14 days from pick-up notice.
Shipping within Canada-21 days from delivery confirmation.
**Holiday Returns- Holiday purchases must be returned by Dec 10th for regular priced goods.
No returns Dec 26th & 27th.
Out of Country orders-we regret to say the customs duties and taxes process prevent us from accepting returns.

Local Delivery -Tuesday-Saturday
Orders received by 9am. will be delivered between 1-8 pm of the same day tues-saturday. .Please note we cannot deliver to business addresses. No deliveries on holidays. 8.00 flat rate delivery fee
- The driver will message you when delivery has begun and you can follow your delivery progress . You will receive a text or call when the driver has arrived - orders will be left on porch.
